After breakfast, proceed for a full-day sightseeing tour of Delhi, exploring the city’s fascinating combination of Mughal heritage, historic neighbourhoods and modern architecture.
Begin in Old Delhi with a visit to Jama Masjid, one of India’s most important historic mosques. Continue through the lively streets of Chandni Chowk, where you can experience the atmosphere of one of Delhi’s oldest markets.
Enjoy a short cycle-rickshaw ride through the Old Delhi area, subject to local conditions, before continuing towards Red Fort, the magnificent Mughal fortress built by Emperor Shah Jahan.
In the afternoon, explore New Delhi. Visit India Gate and drive past Rashtrapati Bhavan and the government buildings along the ceremonial avenue.
Continue to Humayun’s Tomb, an impressive Mughal monument and UNESCO World Heritage Site, followed by Qutub Minar, one of Delhi’s most iconic historical landmarks.
Depending on time, you may also visit Lotus Temple or Laxmi Narayan Temple.

After check-in and some time to relax, proceed towards the Attari–Wagah Border, approximately 30–35 kilometres from Amritsar, to witness the famous evening flag-lowering ceremony.
The ceremony features coordinated drills and the lowering of the national flags by personnel of India’s Border Security Force and Pakistan Rangers. The exact ceremony schedule can vary according to season, weather and security arrangements, so the visit is subject to the day’s operating conditions.
After the ceremony, return to Amritsar.

After breakfast, begin your sightseeing tour of Amritsar, the spiritual and cultural heart of Punjab.
Start with a visit to the magnificent Sri Harmandir Sahib, popularly known as the Golden Temple. Explore the temple complex and the surrounding sacred Amrit Sarovar, taking time to appreciate the architecture and the spiritual atmosphere of this important Sikh pilgrimage site.
You may also experience the Langar, the community kitchen that serves free meals to visitors and pilgrims, subject to your interest and available time.
Continue to Jallianwala Bagh, a historic memorial associated with the tragic events of 13 April 1919, when British troops under General Reginald Dyer opened fire on a gathering. The memorial preserves an important chapter in India’s modern history.
Later, visit the Maharaja Ranjit Singh Museum and Panorama, located within the historic Ram Bagh area, to learn more about the life and legacy of Maharaja Ranjit Singh and the history of the Sikh Empire.
