Kashmir Tour – 07 Nights / 08 Days

Day 01: Arrive in Srinagar

Upon arrival at Srinagar Airport, you will be met by our representative and transferred to your hotel.

The remainder of the day is at leisure to relax after your journey and enjoy your first evening in the beautiful Kashmir Valley.

Day 02: Srinagar City Tour & Shikara Ride

After breakfast, proceed for a sightseeing tour of Srinagar.

Visit the beautiful Mughal Gardens, including Nishat Bagh and Shalimar Bagh, followed by Pari Mahal and Chashme Shahi Garden.

After a lunch break, explore the historic Old City. Visit the magnificent Jamia Masjid, walk through the traditional markets, and visit Khanqah-e-Moula, one of Srinagar’s historic religious sites. Continue to Hazratbal Shrine, situated on the banks of Dal Lake.

In the evening, enjoy a relaxing Shikara ride on Dal Lake, with an opportunity to see the floating markets and other traditional lake activities.

Day 03: Srinagar – Gulmarg – Srinagar

After an early breakfast, proceed for a full-day excursion to Gulmarg, popularly known as the “Meadow of Flowers.”

Gulmarg is one of Kashmir’s most famous mountain resorts and is renowned for its spectacular Himalayan scenery, winter skiing, and beautiful golf course.

Enjoy the opportunity to take the Gulmarg Gondola, one of the world’s highest cable car systems, subject to weather and operational conditions. You may choose to travel to Phase 1 or Phase 2, depending on the Gondola ticket selected.

Spend time exploring the beautiful surroundings of Gulmarg before returning to Srinagar in the afternoon.

Day 04: Srinagar – Pahalgam

After breakfast, depart for Pahalgam, popularly known as the “Valley of Shepherds.”

Pahalgam is situated along the Lidder River and is surrounded by spectacular mountains and pine forests.

En route, visit the historic Avantipura Ruins, dating back to the 9th century.

On arrival in Pahalgam, check in to your hotel. The remainder of the afternoon is at leisure. Optional activities such as pony rides can be arranged locally.

Day 05: Pahalgam – Aru Valley, Betaab Valley & Chandanwari

After breakfast, proceed for a full-day excursion to the beautiful valleys surrounding Pahalgam.

Visit Aru Valley, known for its picturesque meadows and mountain scenery, followed by Betaab Valley, surrounded by lush forests and snow-capped peaks.

Continue to Chandanwari, one of the starting points for the traditional Amarnath Yatra.

Return to Pahalgam in the afternoon. The evening is free to relax or explore the local market.

Day 06: Pahalgam – Sonmarg

After breakfast, drive towards Sonmarg, popularly known as the “Meadow of Gold.”

Sonmarg is surrounded by magnificent snow-capped mountains and is traversed by the Sindh River. On arrival, check in to your hotel.

The remainder of the day is at leisure to relax and explore the surroundings. During the suitable season, pony rides to Thajwas Glacier can be arranged locally.

Day 07: Sonmarg – Srinagar

After breakfast, drive back to Srinagar.

On arrival, check in to your houseboat on Dal Lake and enjoy a relaxing stay surrounded by the beautiful scenery of Kashmir.

Spend the remainder of the day at leisure.

Day 08: Srinagar – Departure

After breakfast, you will be transferred from your houseboat to Srinagar Airport for your onward flight.
