Enchanting Kashmir – 05 Nights / 06 Days

Route: Srinagar – Gulmarg – Pahalgam – Srinagar – Sonamarg – Srinagar

Day 01: Arrive in Srinagar – Srinagar Sightseeing

Upon arrival at Srinagar Airport, you will be met by our representative and transferred to your hotel for check-in.

Later, proceed for sightseeing in Srinagar. Visit Shankaracharya Temple, Hazratbal Shrine, Jamia Masjid and the beautiful Mughal Gardens, including Nishat Bagh and Chashme Shahi.

Nishat Bagh, also known as the “Garden of Pleasure,” is one of the most beautiful Mughal gardens overlooking Dal Lake.

The evening is free at leisure to relax and enjoy the surroundings.

Day 02: Srinagar – Gulmarg

After breakfast, proceed for a full-day excursion to Gulmarg, one of Kashmir’s most famous mountain destinations.

Gulmarg is renowned for its spectacular Himalayan scenery, lush meadows and the famous Gulmarg Gondola. During winter, the destination becomes particularly popular for its snow-covered landscapes and winter activities.

You may enjoy the Gulmarg Gondola ride to higher elevations, subject to weather, operational conditions and ticket availability.

Optional activities such as pony riding, skiing and other seasonal experiences can be arranged locally at an additional cost.

In the evening, enjoy some leisure time exploring Gulmarg and its beautiful surroundings.

Day 03: Gulmarg – Pahalgam

After breakfast, depart for Pahalgam, popularly known as the “Valley of Shepherds.”

Pahalgam is situated along the Lidder River and is surrounded by spectacular mountains, pine forests and green meadows.

En route, you may visit the historic Avantipura Ruins, depending on the day’s schedule and local conditions.

On arrival in Pahalgam, spend the day at leisure exploring the beautiful surroundings and enjoying the peaceful mountain atmosphere.

Optional excursions to Chandanwari, Aru Valley and Betaab Valley can be arranged locally, subject to local transportation regulations and weather conditions.

Day 04: Pahalgam – Srinagar – Houseboat Stay

After breakfast, drive back to Srinagar.

On arrival, check in to your traditional Kashmiri houseboat on Dal Lake.

Enjoy a relaxing Shikara ride on Dal Lake and experience the unique floating lifestyle of Kashmir. You may see traditional houseboats, floating gardens and local markets while cruising through the peaceful waters.

The remainder of the day is free at leisure.

Day 05: Srinagar – Sonamarg – Srinagar

After breakfast, proceed for a full-day excursion to Sonamarg, popularly known as the “Meadow of Gold.”

The scenic drive takes you through beautiful mountain landscapes, green valleys and along the Sindh River. Sonamarg is surrounded by spectacular Himalayan peaks and offers excellent opportunities for photography and enjoying the natural scenery.

During the suitable season, you may visit Thajiwas Glacier by pony or local transportation, subject to local conditions and availability. Seasonal snow activities may also be available during the winter months at an additional cost.

Later, return to Srinagar and check in to your hotel.

Day 06: Srinagar – Departure

After breakfast, check out from your hotel and proceed to Srinagar Airport for your onward flight.
