Tour Description

A dedicated pilgrimage journey through the sacred city of Kashi, designed for travellers who wish to experience the important temples, spiritual traditions and holy Ghats of Varanasi at a comfortable pace.

Day 01: Arrive Varanasi – Evening Ganga Aarti

Arrive in Varanasi and transfer to your hotel.

In the evening, proceed to the Ganga Ghats to witness the famous Ganga Aarti.

The ceremony is performed with lamps, incense, chanting and devotional music beside the holy River Ganga.

Return to your hotel after the ceremony.

Overnight: Varanasi

Day 02: Kashi Vishwanath Temple & Sacred Temples

After breakfast, begin your temple pilgrimage.

Visit Kashi Vishwanath Temple, one of India’s most important Shiva temples and one of the twelve Jyotirlingas.

Continue to:

• Annapurna Temple
• Vishalakshi Temple
• Kaal Bhairav Temple
• Sankat Mochan Hanuman Temple
• Durga Temple
• Tulsi Manas Temple

The remainder of the day is free for personal prayers and exploration.

Overnight: Varanasi

Day 03: Sunrise Boat Ride – Ghats – BHU

Early morning, enjoy a boat ride on the Ganga and see the sacred Ghats from the river.

Return for breakfast.

Later visit:

• Assi Ghat
• Banaras Hindu University
• New Vishwanath Temple
• Bharat Mata Temple, subject to opening

Spend the evening at leisure.

Overnight: Varanasi

Day 04: Sarnath – Evening Ganga Aarti

After breakfast, drive to Sarnath.

Visit the Dhamek Stupa, Chaukhandi Stupa, Buddhist monasteries, and other important sites.

Return to Varanasi.

In the evening, attend the Ganga Aarti once again or enjoy a peaceful walk along the Ghats.

Day 05: Final Darshan – Departure

After breakfast, depending on departure time, enjoy an optional final temple visit or time for personal prayers.

Transfer to Varanasi Airport/Railway Station.
