DETAILED ITINERARY: –

DAY 01: ARRIVE – COCHIN – MUNNAR: Upon arrival at Kochi Airport meet and greet then meeting and assistance followed by a drive to Munnar, en route we shall sight beautiful waterfalls like Cheyyara, Valara and Attakadu along with spice plantation, also we will stop by Kodanadu Elephant Care Centre. Stay overnight in Munnar.

DAY 02: MUNNAR: After breakfast, a full day sightseeing in and around Munnar. Enjoy panoramic views of Anamudi, the highest peak of South India at 2695 m, which is visible from Munnar. Visit the Christ Church and proceed for wildlife watching at Eravikulam National Park (16 km). Note: The Park will be closed from 01 January to 28 Feb every year Continue to Rajamalai Hills lying adjacent to the park and stop by at Madupetty Dam, a famous picnic spot for boating and horse riding en route to Top Station. Evening transfer to hotel. Overnight at hotel.

DAY 03: MUNNAR – THEKKADY/PERIYAR: After breakfast drive to Thekkady. Upon reaching, check-in to a hotel. After some rest, we will go for a sightseeing tour of Periyar National Park and Mullaperiyar Dam. We shall also visit spice plantations where you can shop for exotic spices. In the evening, we will go on a boat cruise and watch Kerala’s martial arts as well as its traditional dance form, Kathakali. Also, you will have the opportunity to enjoy wildlife rides, bamboo rafting, jeep safari, nature walks, jungle patrol as well as trekking. Overnight stay in Thekkady

DAY 04: THEKKADY – ALLEPPEY: Breakfast at the hotel and drive to Alleppey. Upon arrival, we will check in the houseboat. You could spend the day in the houseboat enjoying a comfortable stay and the pristine scenery of the backwaters. Overnight stay in the houseboat.

DAY 05: ALLEPPEY – KANYAKUMARI: Breakfast at the houseboat and drive to Kanyakumari. Upon arrival, check in at a hotel. Later, we shall go for a sightseeing tour of Kanyakumari and will visit Kanyakumari Beach, Sangam (Confluence of the Indian Ocean, Bay of Bengal, and Arabian Sea) and Vivekananda Rock. In the evening, we will watch the beautiful sunset and stay overnight in Kanyakumari.

DAY 06: KANYAKUMARI – KOVALAM: We shall wake up early to visit the sunrise in Kanyakumari. Breakfast at the hotel and drive to Kovalam. On arrival, check in at a hotel. Later we shall visit the beautiful golden beaches of Kovalam like Lighthouse Beach, Howah Beach and Ashoka Beach. Stay overnight in Kovalam.

DAY 07: KOVALAM – TRIVANDRUM – KOVALAM: Breakfast at the hotel and proceed to excursion for Thiruvananthapuram, where you go for sightseeing of Sree Padmanabha Swami Temple, Kuthiramalika Palace Museum, The Napier Museum, Sree Chithra Art Gallery, Zoological Park, Science and Technology Museum, Kanakakunnu Palace, Planetarium. After the Thiruvananthapuram sightseeing tour, we shall return to Kovalam. Stay overnight in Kovalam.

DAY 08: KOVALAM – KOCHI: Today you will have a departure transfer from Kovalam to Kochi Airport for a flight to onward destinations.
