Jaipur → Bundi → Kota → Chittorgarh → Udaipur

Day 01: Jaipur – Bundi

Arrive in Jaipur and meet your private driver. Drive to Bundi, a charming historic town surrounded by the Aravalli hills and known for its magnificent palace, fort and traditional stepwells.

On arrival, check in to your heritage hotel and enjoy some time at leisure. In the evening, you may take a relaxed walk through the old town and explore the colourful local markets.

Day 02: Explore Bundi – Forts, Palaces & Stepwells

After breakfast, enjoy a full-day sightseeing tour of Bundi.

Visit the magnificent Bundi Palace, renowned for its Rajput architecture and beautiful murals and paintings. Continue to Taragarh Fort, dramatically situated on the hillside above the town.

Explore some of Bundi’s famous stepwells, including Raniji Ki Baori, as well as other historic monuments and cenotaphs.

Later, visit Sukh Mahal, a small palace located beside Jait Sagar Lake, and enjoy some time exploring the atmospheric old streets of Bundi.

Day 03: Bundi – Kota – Heritage & Chambal

After breakfast, drive to Kota, historically connected with the former Hadoti region.

On arrival, visit Garh Palace, one of Kota’s principal heritage attractions, followed by the Rao Madho Singh Museum, which houses Rajput miniature paintings, sculptures, arms and other historic collections.

Later, visit Kota Barrage on the Chambal River and enjoy the riverside surroundings.

The evening is free to explore the local markets or relax at the hotel.

Kota’s Garh Palace and Rao Madho Singh Museum are highlighted by Rajasthan Tourism as major attractions, while the city is situated on the Chambal River.

Day 04: Kota – Hadoti Heritage Excursion

After breakfast, continue exploring the heritage of the Hadoti region.

Depending on local conditions and opening hours, visit Abheda Mahal, a historic palace associated with the former rulers of Kota, followed by nearby heritage sites.

You may also explore local markets and traditional areas of Kota before returning to the hotel.

The remainder of the day is at leisure.

Day 05: Kota – Chittorgarh

After breakfast, drive towards Chittorgarh.

On arrival, explore the magnificent Chittorgarh Fort, one of Rajasthan’s most important historic forts. The vast hilltop complex includes impressive gateways, palaces, temples and monumental towers.

Visit important attractions within the fort, including Vijay Stambh, Kirti Stambh, Meera Temple, Rana Kumbha Palace and Padmini’s Palace, subject to local access and opening conditions.

The fort provides a fascinating insight into the history and architectural heritage of Rajasthan.

Overnight: Chittorgarh

Rajasthan Tourism describes Chittorgarh Fort as a vast hilltop complex with numerous historic monuments.

Day 06: Chittorgarh – Udaipur / Departure

After breakfast, check out from the hotel.

Depending on your onward travel arrangements, drive to Udaipur for your onward journey or airport/railway station transfer.

Tour ends with wonderful memories of Rajasthan’s forts, palaces, stepwells and historic heritage.
